“It may sound corny, but I truly am living proof that you CAN eliminate food addictions through a few simple, smart eating habits. Christine's way of nutritional counseling helped to change my overall attitude about food. For years I ate mindlessly, using my body as a dumping ground for a lot of excesses and junk food. When I finally decided to respect my body, I chose to fuel it ONLY with high quality food: more fresh fruit and vegetables, more organic anything, more whole grains, and a drastic reduction in refined sugars, fried foods, and dairy products.
